Living in Northern Quebec
* Geneviève Vachon, École darchitecture, Université Laval, Canada
Built according to Canadian plans and norms, Canadian Northern communities are
home to First Nations and Inuit. They claim their right to living environments attuned to their culture and respect for their land. A few challenges are explained and projects orchestrated by investigators and partners in collaboration with Innu and Inuit communities, in response to their needs and world views, are presented.
